eDiscovery AI Release Notes April 16, 2026


We are pleased to announce several improvements to the eDiscovery AI Hub designed to enhance user experience and system performance.

Collapsible Left Menu -- The left navigation menu can now be collapsed to provide more screen space for viewing content and data, offering a cleaner and more customizable interface.

Hub Timeout Issue Fixed -- We have resolved a timeout issue that previously occurred when waiting for CaseBot responses, ensuring more reliable and consistent performance.

Improved CaseBot Prompts -- CaseBot prompts have been enhanced to reduce instances where citations are provided when no relevant information is available, resulting in more accurate and helpful responses.

CaseBot Extension Notifications -- Partners will now receive email notifications 10 days prior to their CaseBot extension expiring, providing ample time to address any necessary renewals.

Enhanced ECI Case Background Generator -- The Early Case Intelligence Case Background generator has been upgraded to produce higher quality results with improved accuracy and relevance.

Important: ECI Model and Prompt Update

We would like to inform you that eDiscovery AI will be rolling out a new model and prompt update for our Early Case Intelligence offering. Starting on Saturday, April 18th, all new jobs will be run using the new model and prompt. Please let us know if this will cause any issues for your team.
