eDiscovery AI Release Notes – August 1, 2024

The August eDiscovery AI Release includes a major upgrade to the Relevance review model and will introduce PII Detect.

PII Detect

By selecting the PII tab in the Send to eDiscovery AI mass action users will have a separate workflow for PII review. eDiscovery AI has well tested, predefined definitions of various types of PII that are available for review by simply checking the box next to each type for review.  Additionally, users may enter custom PII types and prompts that describe this PII and the system will conduct that analysis as well. The PII Results Fields is a user created, multichoice field where eDiscovery AI will list all the types of PII identified in a document from the selections made by the user.
