eDiscovery AI Release Notes – December 15 , 2025

What’s New in the Plug-In

Modern Svelte + Tailwind UI

The front end has been completely rebuilt:

  • Migrated from .NET Framework MVC5 to a Svelte + Tailwind experience.
  • Faster, more responsive UI with smoother interactions.
  • Cleaner, more consistent layout and styling across all screens.
  • Reduced likelihood of pages going stale or throwing errors after web server restarts, removing the need to reinitialize the app in many scenarios.

CaseLink – Link ECA Jobs to a Shared Document Pool

We’ve introduced CaseLink for Early Case Assessment (ECA):

  • Allows a new ECA job to be linked to a previous ECA job.
  • Enables continued processing under the same document pool.
  • Supports better continuity for long-running or iterative ECA workflows.

Case Elements Toggle

  • New toggle to activate Case Elements for a job.
  • Gives users explicit control over whether Case Elements are in play for that job configuration.

Filterable Dropdowns

  • All key dropdowns are now filterable, making it easier to:
    • Find fields and previous jobs faster in large environments.
    • Reduce mis-selections and scrolling fatigue.

Text Box Character Counters

  • All text boxes now include live character counts and max-size indicators.
  • Helps users stay within Relativity/field limits and avoid save or validation errors due to overly long inputs.

Pre-Validation on Job Screen

  • Job forms now perform pre-validation checks before a job can be started or fully filled out.
  • Prevents:
    • Jobs with invalid document selections.
    • Jobs in other invalid states from being submitted or progressed.
  • This is designed to eliminate many “hung” jobs that previously failed mid-run due to invalid inputs.

Improved Error Logging

  • Error logging has been expanded and improved:
    • More detailed context around failures.
    • Better traceability for support and troubleshooting.
    • Helps both admins and support quickly identify configuration or data issues.
