eDiscovery AI Release Notes – November 28, 2025

The November eDiscovery AI Release delivers enhanced new features and customizations to the Hub platform.

ECI Custom Content Filters

eDiscovery AI now allows for the ability to create custom content filters at the Instance level. Now, users wanting to customize the types of inappropriate content identified by ECI can enter those directly without additional assistance.

Hub AI Prompt Generator

Within the Hub Platform, there is now visible a “Tools” option from the lefthand menu. Selecting this will take you to the Prompt Generator.

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

For ECI prompt generation you may enter in draft sentences or other initial text as well as upload files (such as the Complaint, RFPs or other overview documents) into the “Drop Files to Prepare for Upload” space. By clicking “Submit,” the Prompt Generator will take the forementioned material and craft a Case Background prompt you can use to copy into the ECI Case Background Input and edit as needed.

For Issue or Relevance Prompt generation, just select the radio button at the top of the screen. Likewise, you can enter in generalized content or documents and select Submit. Based on the submission, the generator will create a series of prompts that can then be copied into the eDiscovery AI Relevance Review application and edited and added to as deemed fit.
