DSAR Analysis for ECI – You can now switch to a DSAR-specific analysis mode within the ECI solution, giving you a tailored workflow purpose-built for handling data subject access requests.
CaseBot Improvements – We've made enhancements to CaseBot, our AI-powered chatbot, to deliver more accurate and helpful responses when navigating your cases.
Key People Click Fix – We resolved an intermittent issue where documents in the Key People section were not clickable, ensuring reliable access to your review results.
